IPC Media name SHHIRT as 2012 Charity of the Year

We are pleased to announce the fantastic news that following on from our visit to IPC Media in London and a two week voting process with the staff at IPC Media, SHHiRT has been nominated as their “Charity of the Year” for 2012.

SHHiRT was nominated by Katy Watkins of IPC Digital Sales, who said “I am thrilled that SHHiRT have been nominated IPC’s Charity of the year. Thank you so much to everyone who voted for it. It’s a great charity which does some amazing work in raising awareness of Harlequin Ichthyosis and I’m sure being IPC’s charity of the year will give them a massive boost in 2012.”

Jamie Hardgrave, founder of SHHiRT said: “We are absolutely thrilled – and to be honest, shocked – to be chosen as IPC’s charity of the year for 2012 . Having your support really will make the biggest difference to us and crucially help us to raise awareness of the disease and promote what we do to a wider audience. I’m sure there will be lots of exciting opportunities to work together in the coming months and we can’t wait to get started.”

SHHiRT would like to thank all the staff at IPC who voted for us and for giving us this fantastic opportunity, and we look forward to working with some of you in the year ahead.

What a great way way to end a very hectic 2011 !! Thanks IPC Media!
